2.2 Support Requests

When you email us, we retain your name, email, and message content to resolve your issue and maintain a support history. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

2.3 Website Analytics

We use really basic, custom analysis tool to understand traffic. No personally identifiable data is collected for analytics purposes.

3. Cookies

This site sets only functional cookies necessary for the shop to work:

• Session cookie — keeps your cart active while you browse. Expires when you close the browser.
• Purchase verification cookie — confirms a completed order. Expires after 24 hours.
