1. Parties and product
These terms govern the purchase of a license to use the software “NMR Strava activities Pro” (the “Pro plugin”) from the seller at namir.ro.
The Pro plugin is an add-on to the free WordPress plugin NMR Strava activities, available from WordPress.org. The free plugin is required and licensed under GPL v2 or later. Your purchase covers Pro-specific features and support, not ownership of the free plugin’s GPL code.
By completing payment you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) and have authority to enter this agreement.
2. Order and delivery
After successful payment you receive a download link and license key by email. The license key is required to activate Pro features on your WordPress site.
Updates are provided during the active license period as described on the product page at the time of purchase.
3. License grant
Subject to payment, the seller grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro plugin on the number of WordPress sites allowed by your license tier (as stated at checkout).
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Pro plugin or license keys to third parties. Where the Pro plugin contains GPL-licensed code, your rights regarding that code follow the GPL.
4. Third-party services
The plugin interacts with Strava’s API and your hosting environment. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for complying with Strava’s API terms and your own users’ privacy obligations.
5. Price and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in the currency indicated. VAT or other taxes may be added based on your location. Payment is processed by third-party providers; their terms govern the payment step.
6. Refunds
Because this is a digital product, no refunds are issued once the license key has been delivered, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
If you have a problem before activating your key, contact support at namir . ro within 14 days of purchase and we will review the situation.
7. Support and updates
Support is provided through the channels published on namir.ro for reasonable installation and license issues. The seller does not guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, or hosting configuration, or with future versions of WordPress or the Strava API.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Pro plugin is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. The seller disclaims all warranties, express or implied, except where mandatory law does not allow such disclaimers.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the seller’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro plugin in the twelve months preceding the claim. The seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
10. Privacy
How personal data is handled in connection with purchases is described in the Privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
The seller may update these terms. New purchases are governed by the version in force at checkout.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence apply. EU consumers may use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
