NMR Email Templates for CF7 Pro
Different brand treatment for every Contact Form 7 notification — per-form template, color, and logo overrides.
What it does
The free NMR Email Templates for CF7 applies one HTML template globally to all CF7 email notifications. The Pro version lets you override the template, header color, and logo independently for each form — so a support request, a sales enquiry, and a newsletter signup can each have a distinct look without any code.
You can also disable the HTML wrapper on specific forms and keep them as plain text — useful for internal notification forms where HTML is not needed or wanted.
The three templates
Clean
White card on a light grey background. Solid color header bar with logo or site name. Subtle rounded corners and a light footer. Works in all email clients. Best for general contact, booking, and enquiry forms.
Modern
Full-width dark header with white text and a date stamp. Clean white body. Dark page surround. A stronger brand presence — good for sales teams and agencies that want notifications to feel premium.
Minimal
No header block. A thin color top border, small uppercase site name, and clean serif body typography. Editorial in feel — good for professional services, law, finance, and B2B contexts where heavy design would feel out of place.
Per-form overrides
For each CF7 form you can independently set:
- Template — clean, modern, minimal, or inherit from global setting
- Header color — any hex color. Use your brand palette or a per-department color
- Logo URL — show a different logo for each form’s notification emails
- Disabled — skip the template entirely and send plain text for this form
Any field left blank inherits the global setting from Settings → Email Templates CF7.
